Cassandra Clare (Ed.): Shadowhunters and Downworlders - A Mortal Instruments Reader
Stacey Kade: Project Paper Doll 1 : The Rules
Christina Lauren: Beautiful Bastard
The Rules came up in a lot of WoWs, and I agree that it sounds fascinating. Can't pass up that opportunity to read before release. 😉 And of course, anything reagarding The Mortal Instruments! Beautiful Bastard was made from a Fanficiton, and since I'm a writer myself, those kind of stories do interesst me. Pure curiosity. ^^
for Christmas and Bought
Isaac Marion: Warm Bodies
Markus Zusak: The Book Thief
I got those two for Christmas. I wished for Warm Bodies because I'm looking forward to the movie coming out in February, and of course I wanna read the story before that. The Book Thief was a surprise though, my mom-in-law just picked somthing from my huge Amazon list, and I love her for it. =)
Nancy Straight: Touch 1 : Blood Debt
P.T. Michelle: Brightest Kind of Darkness
Lucy Swing: Feathermore 2 : Fallenmore
Jennifer Rush: Altered
The first three were either free or almost free ebooks, so I went ahead and grabbed them off my list. Altered was pre-ordered and flew in Friday morning, I alerady started reading. 😉
C.C. Hunter: Shadow Falls 1 : Born at Midnight
Jamie McGuire: Beautiful Disaster
Zoe Marriott: Shadows on the Moon
Samantha Durante: Stitch
Tahereh Mafi: Shatter Me
Those are all books I read in 2012 as eBooks and loved them so much, I had to get real copies to touch and love and put on display. And, of course, to lend so I can share the book love!
Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl: Caster Chronicles 1 : Beautiful Creatures
Kate Forsyth: Rhiannon's Ride 3 : Heart of the Stars
In preparation of the Beautiful Creatrures movie coming n February, I picked this to be bought from Box money. Even with the movie cover. I hope it's as good as everybody makes it out to be. And the last Rhiannon book so that they're now all neatly sitting on my shelf un-read, but at least they're together. Haha, no of course I'm planning to read the whole trilogy this year. And I just love looking at those covers!
