It's a Wonderful Death is a truly dramatic, tragic, touching story about how the choices we make define us and that the easy way isn't necessarily the right way. We so easily forget that we're not all islands just floating about in the same sea, and I want to say thank you for this amazing book that unleashed a whirlwind of emotions reminding me of everything life has to offer, to appreciate every breath, and to make a difference every chance I get with something as effortless as a smile. Because life isn't just about what we achieve for ourselves, it's also about all those we touch around us.
Not at all what I expected (I find that the blurbs on those books don't really fit their content), but still tons of awesome, because Choice now had everything that Promise was missing in my eyes. Better flow, better wording, stronger on the characters.
"Are we our minds... or our bodies?" A tricky question, that. It really intrigued me, and I didn't have sci-fi in a while, so I picked this up. Ultimately, The Body Institute was a great story, but it failed to glue me to the pages.
